It comes in a stationary mount and an adjustable mount.
It comes in a 5/8 inch diameter, a 3/4 inch diameter and a 23mm diameter .
You can determine the diameter of your stem by using calipers, using an open end box wrench that fits around your stem, (5/8,3/4, 23mm), a flexable tape measure or by very carefully using a non stretchable string/paper strip, wrapped around your stem and then measuring the length of it. Then divide that number by 3.14 to get your diameter.
This is the style of stem that you need for the Stationary Escort Z Mount. It must be ROUND and it must have space on it for the mount to be able to hang freely. It comes in 3/4 inch and 23mm diameter sizes. It measures 2.5 inches from top to bottom and is .5 inches thick.
This is the Adjustable Escort Super Z Mount. It fits a 3/4 inch or 23mm ROUND stem. You can move it up and down and back and forth. This works well with mirrors that have levers underneath them, balls, or are extra wide with buttons underneath them. It will work on all cars that will handle a Stationary Escort. This mount will just give you more flexibility. It measures from 3 to 3 3/4 inches.

This is the type of Round mirror stem that you will need for the Stationary or Adjustable 5/8" Escort Z Mini Mount. This type of mirror is usually only used on BMW's and some Porsches. It is a VERY SMALL space and needs at least a 1/2 inch space between the mirror back and the windshield piece or you will not be able to move your mirror. The Stationary mount measures 2.5 inches from top to bottom and is 1/4" thick. The Adjustable mount measures 3" to 3 3/4" and is 1/4" thick.
